Degs is a singer, rapper, writer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist whose soulful approach to drum & bass blends melodic vocals with sharp MC delivery.
After years in the underground scene and a corporate sales career, he reignited his creativity through freestyle videos and genre-spanning songwriting, eventually catching the attention of Hospital Records. His musical background includes guitar, piano, drums, and production, while his work with his brother as Kikuyu Soul explored R&B, hip-hop, downtempo, island influences, and Afrobeats.
That experimentation helped shape his distinctive ability to move seamlessly between singing and rapping over drum & bass. Following his appearance on Logistics' Safe In Your Arms, Degs released "Poveglia," a soulful statement that marked the beginning of a new chapter with Hospital and a bright creative future.
Joining him is Craze, a legendary DJ and three-time DMC World Champion, the only solo DJ to ever win the prestigious competition three times. Crowned his first title at just 20, he quickly established himself as one of the most technically gifted and influential DJs in the world.
His career has included touring with Kanye West, founding Slow Roast Records with Kill The Noise, and releasing acclaimed performance videos that showcase his precision and creativity. In 2016, Craze joined forces with Four Color Zack to create the DJ supergroup 2¢, combining sharp wit, innovative routines, and elite turntablism into explosive live shows. Known for putting performance above everything else, Craze has become an international ambassador for the art of real DJing, continually pushing the boundaries of what can happen behind the decks.
